Tug Malta Ltd is the only licensed company that can carry out towage operations within and between the Harbours of the Maltese Islands. The Company commenced its operations in 1980 with a fleet of four tug boats. These Tugs over the years have been replaced with more powerful tugs and today the company has a fleet of eight tugs. The bollard pull of these tugs ranges from 32 - tonne Bollard Pull for Tug Felica to 75 - tonne Bollard Pull for Tug ST. ELMO.
